  • Please insert BIME logo at top left in the video
  • File size: Not more than 100Mb
SMALL POSTER GUIDELINES
  • Small poster size: 300 x 300
  • Include a white small box on right top of your poster dimension (120 x 60)
  • Do not put BIME logo in the small poster
  • The title of the project should be clear and readable
LARGE POSTER GUIDELINES
  • Large Poster size: 520 x 450
  • Must insert BIME logo at top left of the poster

  • 2 pages (MAX)
  • Must include:
  • - Project Introduction (1 paragraph)
  • - Objective (3)
  • - Target Audience
  • - Problem Statement (1 paragraph)
  • - Novelty (1 paragraph)
  • - Commercialization (1 paragraph)

We would like to invite experienced candidates
to be part of the jury panel for BIME 2021

  • Selected applicants will be contacted by the BIME 2021 Secretariat
  • Jury should not evaluate any projects for BIME 2021 with relatives, members, friends, colleagues and students as its member(s) and they must declare their relationship with the participant and not judge the work submitted. Failure to conform to this regulation result in the jury not receiving the benefits extended by the organizer and the participants could be disqualified, denied of entry and /or forfeiture of the prize.
